I am a former minister having served congregations in Oklahoma and Texas. I am currently a free-lance writer, blogger, and public speaker. I believe in equal rights for all people--women, people of color, the LGBTQ community, people with disabilities, the poor, the disenfranchised, immigrants--everyone. My essays and blog posts attempt to affirm people and life, offer simple insights, encourage justice for all, and remind each of us of the true beauty of our world.
